Sticky session rules
Configured durations, inactivity timeouts, recommendations and approximate durations are different session rules. None guarantees an IP lifetime: a device may go offline. Numeric duration filtering requires an explicit configured range or ceiling; recommendations, approximations and conflicting source limits do not qualify. Product scope and source conditions still apply.
- Mobile proxies: 1 to 1440 minutes configurable; default not collected. Product-level documentation; plan qualification not established.
Session sources and conditions
Source · readYou can manually set a custom sticky session duration with any integer value between 1 and 1440 by using the sessionduration parameter.
Source · readThe longer the session you have, the more chances there are that the IP will rotate before your specified time due to the residential device at the end going offline.
Source · readYou can change the port or the session ID to rotate the IP prematurely.
- Residential proxies: 1 to 1440 minutes configurable; default 10 minutes. Product-level documentation; plan qualification not established.
Session sources and conditions
Source · readThe sessionduration parameter accepts any integer (minute) value between 1 and 1440. A 1440 minute duration is the longest possible proxy session.
Source · readThe default sticky session time is 10minutes.
Source · readThe longer the session you have, the more chances there are that the IP will rotate before your specified time due to the residential device at the end going offline.
Source · readWith session parameter if IP is no longer available, it will automatically rotate to a new one. The session_iplock parameter is used in cases when IP rotation is not needed and same IP must be kept for entire session duration. With this parameter if IP is no longer available, proxy will result with 502 status code and will not grant you a new IP during desired session duration.
Source · readIn order to format a request using session_iplock you must: Use a username:password proxy connection. Add session_iplock-name parameter (name - any string given to a session). Add sessionduration parameter (sessionduration - value between 1 and 1440 ).

Questions
How much does Decodo cost?
The cheapest plan we hold for Decodo is Datacenter 10000 GB at $3800. All 24 of its plans are listed above, read from decodo.com and dated. Proxy prices move week to week, so read the date beside a figure before you rely on it.
Does Decodo ask for ID to sign up?
Just an email. Decodo will sell to you without identity documents. Neither answer is automatically the better one: some buyers have to avoid an ID check, and some read its absence as a question about how the network was built.
How can you pay Decodo?
Card, PayPal, crypto. Cryptocurrency is accepted, which matters to buyers who do not want a card statement naming a proxy provider. Payment methods come off the provider's own checkout and are dated with the rest of the record.
Where does Decodo get its addresses?
Software development kits. Addresses come from people who installed an app that bundles the provider's SDK, often a free game or utility, where bandwidth-sharing is disclosed in the terms rather than asked for directly.
Does Decodo offer a trial or a refund?
Trial: 3 days, free. Refunds: Within 14 days. Both are quoted from the provider's own terms rather than summarised, because a paraphrase of a refund window is the kind of precision nobody should take from us.
