Authentication setup conditions
Documented setup conditions retain their product and authentication scope. They are not connection tests; targeting and account settings are not checked by these filters.
- Allowed IPs restrict both authentication methods to the configured source addresses. A blank Allowed IPs list permits any source address.

Provider documentationYou can configure your proxies to only be accessed from certain IP addresses whether using username/password (API key) authentication or IP whitelisting. This will give you extra security in the unlikely event that your username or API key is ever compromised.
If you would like your proxies to be accessible from any IP address, simply leave this area blank.
- Use the API key as the proxy password; the dashboard-login password cannot replace it.
Applies to: Username and password

Provider documentationIf you are using username and password authentication, please make sure that you are using your API key as your password and not the password you use to log in to your Proxyrack account.
If you have added an 'allowed IP' address, make sure that you are connecting to your proxies from the same IP address. Connection attempt from any other IP address even with username/password authentication will fail.
- Changed API-key passwords or newly added authentication IPs can take up to five minutes to apply.

Provider documentationIf you change your password (API key) or add a new IP address for authentication it can take up to 5 minutes to reflect on our servers.
- Geo-targeting requires username/password authentication and removing the authentication whitelist. Country, city and ISP targeting are supported; state/province targeting is not.

Provider documentationGeo-targeting and IP whitelisting cannot be used together. If you want to geo-target, you will need to use your username and password to authenticate. If you have already whitelisted your IP address for authentication, please remove it from your profile as it will interfere with geo-targeting.
It is only possible to geo-target by country, city, and ISP. It is not possible to geo-target by state or province.
- The account supports up to 800 whitelisted IP addresses.

Provider documentationWe allow you to connect up to 800 individual IP addresses to your account.
We also offer the option to set up your authentication so that the proxy server authenticates you by your IP address instead of your username and password. This is called IP Whitelisting.
- IP authentication requires connecting from the whitelisted source address.

Provider documentationIf you are using IP whitelisting, make sure that you are connecting to your proxies from the same IP address that you have whitelisted in your user dashboard.
Questions
How much does ProxyRack cost?
The cheapest plan we hold for ProxyRack is Mobile Proxies 300GB at $170. All 19 of its plans are listed above, read from proxyrack.com and dated. Proxy prices move week to week, so read the date beside a figure before you rely on it.
Does ProxyRack ask for ID to sign up?
ProxyRack does not state what it asks for at sign-up, and we have not been able to establish it from its own pages. That is a fact about the provider rather than a gap in the roster, and it is shown as one above.
Where does ProxyRack get its addresses?
A bandwidth-sharing app. Addresses come from people who installed an app whose whole purpose is selling their spare bandwidth, and are usually paid for it. The consent is more direct than an SDK bundle.
Does ProxyRack offer a trial or a refund?
Refunds: Full refund if you cancel within 3 days. Both are quoted from the provider's own terms rather than summarised, because a paraphrase of a refund window is the kind of precision nobody should take from us.
