Concurrency limit
The cap on how many requests a plan lets you run at the same time. Some providers sell it as a separate dimension from bandwidth; some do not limit it at all.
Why it costs you money
This is frequently the binding constraint rather than price. A plan with cheap bandwidth and a low concurrency cap can take days to finish a job that a dearer plan finishes in an hour, and the cap is usually further down the pricing page than the headline rate.
